Treasures lie within Preach My Gospel. It contains the basic doctrines, principles and ordinances of the gospel. And there is a lot more if you're looking. It teaches you the connection between missionary work and the Temple endowment. It shows us how to become like the Savior and how to be attached to His vine. It teaches the connection between the Bible and the Book of Mormon. And just in case any one was wondering the Book of Mormon does not add or take away from the Bible. Give me a break!
I love Bishop Basset. His catch phrase is "sometimes you gotta slug it out in the trenches". He is so cool.
